ব্রেইন ফরওয়ার্ড বাংলাদেশ উচ্চমানের ব্রেইন ট্রেনিং প্রোগ্রাম এবং ডিজিটাল লার্নিং অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদানে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। এই রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন পলিসিতে কোন কোন শর্তে রিফান্ড (টাকা ফেরত) পাওয়া যাবে এবং তার প্রক্রিয়া কী হবে, তা বিস্তারিত জানানো হয়েছে।
২. আমাদের পণ্যের ধরন
brainforward.com.bd-এ অফার করা সমস্ত পণ্যই ডিজিটাল লার্নিং প্রোডাক্ট, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে অনলাইন কোর্স, ডাউনলোডযোগ্য ম্যাটেরিয়াল এবং ট্রেনিং প্রোগ্রাম। ডিজিটাল পণ্য হওয়ার কারণে এগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ‘রিটার্ন’ বা পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ নেই। রিফান্ড বা টাকা ফেরতের বিষয়টি নিচের শর্তাবলি অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
৩. রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা
ক. সময়সীমা:
রিফান্ডের আবেদন অবশ্যই কোর্স কেনার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে করতে হবে।
খ. কোর্স ব্যবহারের শর্ত:
রিফান্ড তখনই বিবেচনা করা হবে যদি কোর্সটি অ্যাক্সেস, স্ট্রিম, ডাউনলোড বা কোনোভাবেই ব্যবহার করা না হয়। কোর্সের কোনো অংশ একবার দেখা বা ব্যবহার করা হয়ে গেলে, তা আর রিফান্ডের যোগ্য থাকবে না।
গ. ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ:
আবেদনের সাথে অবশ্যই পেমেন্টের প্রমাণ (ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি, পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন বা ইনভয়েস) জমা দিতে হবে।
৪. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
নিচের পরিস্থিতিগুলোতে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না:
- কোর্স কেনার পর মন পরিবর্তন করলে।
- কোর্স শেষ করার জন্য পর্যাপ্ত সময় না থাকলে।
- কোর্সের বিষয়বস্তু বুঝতে না পারলে।
- কোর্সের কিছু অংশ সম্পন্ন করার পর।
- ডিসকাউন্ট বা প্রমোশনাল অফারে কেনা কোর্সের ক্ষেত্রে (যদি না বিশেষ কোনো ঘোষণা থাকে)।
৫. কীভাবে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করবেন?
রিফান্ডের জন্য নিচের তথ্যগুলোসহ ইমেইল করুন:

ইমেইলে যা যা থাকতে হবে:
- পূর্ণ নাম
- নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস
- কোর্সের নাম
- কেনার তারিখ
- পেমেন্ট মেথড (বিকাশ/নগদ/কার্ড ইত্যাদি)
- ট্রানজ্যাকশন রেফারেন্স
আপনি ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আমাদের কাছ থেকে ফিরতি উত্তর পাবেন।
৬. রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং
আপনার আবেদন অনুমোদিত হলে:
- ১০-১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
- টাকা আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডেই (যেভাবে টাকা দিয়েছিলেন) ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
- প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা ট্রানজ্যাকশন ফি কেটে রাখা হতে পারে।
৭. বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি
আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটির কারণে যদি কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস করা না যায় বা আমরা যদি প্রতিশ্রুতি অনুযায়ী প্রোগ্রামটি পৌঁছে দিতে ব্যর্থ হই, তবে ব্রেইন ফরওয়ার্ড কর্তৃপক্ষ নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় আংশিক বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়ার অধিকার রাখে।
৮. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
ব্রেইন ফরওয়ার্ড যেকোনো সময় এই নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে। যেকোনো পরিবর্তন এই পেজেই আপডেট করা হবে।
৯. সম্মতি
brainforward.com.bd থেকে যেকোনো কোর্স বা প্রোগ্রাম কেনার মাধ্যমে আপনি স্বীকার করছেন যে, আপনি এই রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন পলিসি পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং এতে সম্মতি দিয়েছেন।

Brain Forward Bangladesh is committed to delivering high-quality brain training programs and digital learning experiences. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
Nature of Our Products
All products offered on brainforward.com.bd are digital learning products, including online courses, downloadable materials, and training programs. Due to the digital nature of these products, returns are not applicable. Refunds are governed strictly by the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Time frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Course access condition
A refund will only be considered if the course has not been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed.
Once any portion of the course content has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.Proof of purchase
Valid proof of purchase (transaction ID, payment confirmation, or invoice) must be provided.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of time to complete the course
• Failure to understand the course content
• Partial completion of the program
• Discounted or promotional offers (unless otherwise stated)

You will receive a response within 2 business days.
Refund processing
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted if applicable
Exceptional circumstances
In cases of verified technical failure from our side that prevents access to the course, or if the program cannot be delivered as promised, Brain Forward reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.Policy updates
